1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (hereinafter the "Terms of Use") define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website accessible at https://ecotechceram.com (hereinafter the "Site"), published by Eco-Tech Ceram.
The Site is a corporate and commercial presentation website. Its purpose is to present the activities, solutions and references of Eco-Tech Ceram and to enable contact via forms. It does not constitute an online sales platform and does not allow any transaction or payment.
Any use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use by the user (hereinafter the "User"). If the User does not accept these terms, the User must refrain from using the Site.

The Site is hosted on the Odoo SH platform, operated by Odoo S.A. – Chaussée de Namur 40, 1367 Ramillies, Belgium.
4. Access to the Site
The Site is freely accessible to any User with Internet access. The costs related to access (hardware, software, connection) are borne exclusively by the User.
Eco-Tech Ceram endeavours to keep the Site accessible at all times, but is under no obligation to do so. Access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure, without Eco-Tech Ceram being held liable and without any right to compensation.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements comprising the Site (structure, texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, technical diagrams, videos, sounds, databases, trademarks including the Eco-Stock® trademark) are the exclusive property of Eco-Tech Ceram or its partners, and are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Eco-Tech Ceram. Any unauthorised use engages the liability of the User and constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

6. User Conduct
The User undertakes to use the Site in compliance with these Terms of Use, public order and applicable laws. The User shall in particular refrain from impairing the operation of the Site, introducing any malicious element, attempting to access unauthorised areas, or extracting content from the Site in an unfair or systematic manner.
The User warrants that the information submitted via forms is accurate and does not infringe the rights of third parties or public order. The User is solely responsible for the content submitted.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction under ordinary law.
